Job Scope
• Responsible for daily booking checking, accounting, analysis and reporting, including AR, AP, GL, cash, tax, cost and other regular reports.
• Responsible for monthly,quarterly, annual account handling and closing efficiently with high quality and reports timely and accurately
• Responsible for daily, monthly, yearly tax related activities
• Other ad hoc finance related activities, adhering to financial regulations and legislation.
• Safe guide the business, work with team to ensure compliance.
• Responsible of yearly budgeting and monthly/quarterly rolling forecast, yearly budget and analysis by liaising with internal stakeholders.
• Responsible for annual audit and tax compliances of the company and liaise with external auditors/tax agents/local authorities.
Job Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years' related experience in a multi-national company.
• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting or business related.
• Solid proficiency in Microsoft office, ERP, and other financial planning software.
• Knowledge in ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 13485 and IATF 16949.
• Extensive understanding of financial trends both within the company and general market patterns
• Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
• A solid understanding of financial statistics and accounting principles
• Working knowledge of all statutory legislation and regulations
