Job Scope
• Source & participate in lease negotiations, identifying prospective & secure tenants for the shopping mall to meet leasing targets.
• Assist to conduct market research in keeping up with market trends & competitor retails development.
• Plan and execute the leasing activities for retails.
• Establish & maintain good Landlord tenant relationships with existing & potential tenants.
• Supporting the Head of Leasing in formulate and implementing leasing strategy analysis for rental rate, occupancy rate, planning & implementing tenancy in retail mall.
• Attending to tenants leasing queries, requests, comments, and complaints with a view to rectify/resolve issues for services improvement
• Ensure timely deposit, rental collection and renewal of tenancy agreement
• Attend tenancy-related matters including negotiation, issuing legal documentations, generate leasing report as well as any other related documents with regards to lease transactions.
• Liaise closely with inter departments on matters pertaining to Fit out, Facilities Maintenance & Operations
• Analyze tenants sales & overall performance.
Job Requirements:
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree or Professional Degree in any field.
• At least 3-5 years of working experience in Leasing, Tenancy, Retail Management or similar.
• Preferably executives specializing in Mall Leasing or equivalent.
• Mandarin speaker needed. Good negotiation skills will be advantageous.
• Must have driving license
• Willing to outstation
