About Our Client
We were founded in 1999 at Dongguan, China, started with precision jigs and fixtures design and fabrication. In 2005, the company has added new footprint in Kunshan, China. The same year, we have also expanded its business scope by providing one stop automated solutions for customers in different sectors such as automotive, medical, consumer and telecommunication.
Job Scope
• Respond to customer issues in a timely manner.
• Be responsible for customer satisfaction and product reputation.
• Review the work of staff, mentor and manage staff.
• Be able to adapt to irregular global regional business travel arrangements.
Job Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree or above, major in science and engineering such as mechatronics or electrical automation.
• 10 years or more of work experience, more than 3 years of team management experience, on-site team management experience in 3C electronics and automotive electronics automation industries is preferred.
• More than 3 years of design experience in the automation industry, proficient in at least one of mechanical design, electrical design, and software design.
• Good communication skills in Chinese and English and strong execution ability.
• Strong ability to withstand pressure, strong sense of responsibility and strong willingness to learn, strong logical thinking ability, good at communication, coordination and teamwork.
• Strong sensitivity to data, with certain data analysis and data mining capabilities; able to simply use Minitab data analysis software.
• Global AE team building and talent cultivation.
