About Our Client
We were founded in 1999 at Dongguan, China, started with precision jigs and fixtures design and fabrication. In 2005, the company has added new footprint in Kunshan, China. The same year, we have also expanded its business scope by providing one stop automated solutions for customers in different sectors such as automotive, medical, consumer and telecommunication.
Job Scope
• Involve in new RFQ activities and quotation preparation
• Develop and maintain project timeline and ensure the project is on schedule
• Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate verification techniques
• Identify project risks and develop mitigation and contingency plans. Manage changes and adapt project plans as necessary
• Serve as the primary point of contact for project communications. Regularly communicate project expectations to team members in a timely and clear direction.
• Develop and monitor the project budget. Manage project costs to stay within budget constraints
• Ensure all project documents are complete, current, and stored appropriately. Document project phases and create summary reports for internal teams & external customers and project update is required by project phases on a daily/weekly/monthly basis
• To review customers' specifications and determine the processes from customers' documents
• To manage the project team after the project kick-off
• To participate in DFM review, co-work with the R&D team to provide technical and engineering solutions to customers
• To liaise with the customer for clarification and obtain further information to move forward.
• Good understanding of customer? requirements, conceptual, and objectives to provide a total solution of design work is compliance with SEMI, environmental, mechanical specifications and safety regulations.
• Candidate must be able to work independently, self-motivated, required to have a positive attitude, self-starter, and good teamwork with internal teams and external customers on co-development projects.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and willingness to take on new challenges
Job Requirements:
• Knowledge of Solid Works, AutoCAD, and drafting software will be an added advantage
• Fluent in both English and Mandarin.
• Must process own transport and be flexible to travel within Malaysia & Overseas.
• Flexibility and comfort working in a quickly changing environment.
• Good teamwork spirit
• Leadership with the ability to lead, inspire, and manage project teams
• Analytical and problem-solving skills
• Able to work under pressure and good prioritization skills
• Experienced in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs preferably from a mechanical engineering solution environment.
• University degree in Engineering/Mechanical/Automation related field.
• Min 3-5 years of experience in project execution in the Automation field
• Mature, self-motivated, proactive and independent
• Need to be well verse in Chinese to communicate with China teams
