Job Scope

• Collaborate with the compliance team to interpret & decode complex requirements and mandates from BNM, Card Scheme, and other regulations. Create strategies that enable Paydee to stay compliant while remaining lean and competitive.
• Co-own & maintain company-wide Policies and SOPs. Perform periodic reviews to ensure the SOPs are practical, executable, and up-to-date with new emerging best practices in the Payment Industries.
• Keep the leadership team informed of new mandates and requirements from the BNM regulatory and Card Schemes.
• Collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure that information security and governance considerations are integrated into business processes, systems, and services.
• Oversee the implementation of SOPs across departments, conducting regular audits. Ensure adherence to policies.
• Monitor the effectiveness of the information security program.
• Identify gaps and recommend improvements to enhance compliance and security measures.
• Maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including regulatory and compliance bodies, to ensure organizational compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

Job Requirements:
• Bachelor's or master? degree in Cybersecurity, Information Systems, or related field
• Specific experience in?CI DSS or GDPR compliance?s required.
• Advanced degrees or certifications (e.g., CISA, CISSP) in IT compliance or cybersecurity are a plus.
• At least 3 years in a management role of proven work experience in the related role
• Proven leadership capability in guiding a team operating across diverse legal and cultural backgrounds.
• Ability to follow process and collaborate effectively to work in a team
• Excellent written and communication skills in native and English language
• Well organized, with high attention to detail
