Job Scope

• Provide administrative and secretarial support to Director on day to day tasks.
• Replying emails to banks & relevant agencies.
• Manage diary and schedule meetings and appointments
• Handle requests and queries appropriately
• Maintain strict confidentiality at all levels.
• Perform with initiative and responsibility to complete tasks assigned and identify/ resolve issues proactively.
• Perform general secretarial duties along with liaising with internal and external parties.
• To improve business processes relating to making the company director more productive, efficient, and effective.

Job Requirements:
• At least 1 year of working experience in the related field
• Good written & communication in Bahasa Melayu and English
• Able to maintain strict confidentiality.
• Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
• Outstanding organizational and time management skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload
• Discretion and confidentiality
