Job Scope
• Own all aspect of customer related services and operational processes from on-boarding (start) until they churn (end) and everything in-between.
• Day-to-day, track & supervise customer services/processes; such as customer on-boarding, customer support, account maintenance, loyalty campaigns & rewards management and follow-up on any outstanding customers' requests.
• Meticulous and obsessed about establishing clear operational performance metrics and track them.
• Monitor daily/weekly/monthly performance metrics, usage & transactional volumes. Perform process proofing & reconciliation. Spot any mismatch and catch exceptions.
• Manage external providers for outsource activities such as card manufacturing, shipping, or payment terminals installation.
• Align & get team ready to launch new programme and product successfully.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams and share objectives/responsibilities to fine-tune and speed-up internal processes, define standards & best practices. Apply automation wherever you can.
• Recruit & develop talents.
Job Requirements:
• At least 5 years of experiences in the banking industry
• Not less than 5 years in a managerial role.
• Experience working with cross-functional team as well as ability to manage external technology partners and vendors.
• Strong knowledge in banking operation or credit card issuing and acquiring operations.
