Job Scope
• Weekly calendar scheduling and managing for MD.
• Assists MD on daily administrative duties.
• Update and Communicate with MD on the daily meetings and conferences
• Arranging accommodation and transport for MD during overseas business trip.
• Compiling MD personal and business expenses and make payment with petty cash prepared.
• Daily monitor of the cleanliness and tidiness of MD office and workplace to be always prepared for visitors.
• Progression update from HOD of tasks scheduled by MD and report to MD.
• Act as the communication bridge between MD and staffs or suppliers& customers.
• Organize company CSR activity/event instructed by MD. (Meal Distribution, Gotong Royong and etc.)
• In charge of staffs' allowance & petty cash distribution instructed by MD.
• Management of Clock in system (Worksy) on behalf of MD with instruction given by MD.
• Cooperate with HR department on special events (company annual dinner, bowling day, etc) by conveying MD's opinions and expectations to members involve.
Job Requirements:
• Minimum SPM graduate.
• Previous relevant & administrative work experience will be considered a priority.
• Working experience in Manufacturing Industry is an added Advantage.
• Ability to deal with sensitive information with discretion and to maintain confidentiality.
• Able to use basic of computer skills: Microsoft Office, Google, Email.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
~Have own transport and driving license.
• Required Language: Mandarin, Bahasa Malay and English, Japanese is advantage.
