Job Scope
• Responsible to manage Leasing Plan including product / tenant mix, rental & budget according agreed targets.
• Responsible to monitor and report on market & competitor activities, and prepares relevant weekly & monthly reports.
• Monitor lease expirations and proactively contract existing tenants for renewals or extension.
• Responds and follows up on leasing inquiries.
• Exploring new tenants through business connection and relevant marketing events, and liaising with relevant parties to source and attract potential tenants.
• Prepare promotion and pre-launching planning for upcoming projects and assist in preparing marketing plans, strategies and recommendations on marketing campaigns to launch lease for existing and other developments.
• Plan, implement and ensure the smoothness of sales activities including road shows, property booths and sales launches.
• Establish and maintain positive tenant relationships.
• Any other duties as assigned by the Management.
Job Requirements:
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Property Development/Real Estate Management or equivalent.
• Minimum with 2 years relevant working experience.
• Experience in property management, shopping complex, retail environment will be advantage.
• Has strong retail contacts and good networking in related industry.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills as well as strong negotiation and presentation skills.
• Strong attention to detail and highly organized
