Job Scope
~Oversee and efficiently manage daily operations to ensure project deadlines are met.
• Collaborate across departments to enhance operational workflow and productivity.
• Develop, monitor, and adhere to detailed project timelines.
• Identify and execute strategies to improve operational processes and systems.
• Engage in the design and implementation of optimized operational procedures.
• Provide regular progress updates to management and stakeholders.
• Address operational challenges with effective problem-solving skills.
• Remain up-to-date with industry practices through ongoing training and development.
Job Requirements:
• Excellent command of English and Mandarin.
• Have a strong ability to learn quickly and self-motivated, strong resistance to pressure and strong sense of responsibility.
• Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field is preferred but not mandatory.
• Familiarity with technical tools or software relevant to operations management.
• Previous experience in UI/UX design.
• Aptitude for learning and integrating new technologies into operational processes.
