Job Scope
• To identify all manufacturing issues (including process) affecting production target (cycle time/UPH)not achieved
• To analyze and resolve issues (including process) affecting production targets.
• To lead and drive productivity improvement task force to achieve the target.
• Experienced or Academically trained in Electronic Industries, especially Surface mount production productivity improvement.
• Walk through the production process, review and improve the layout, cycle time, and line balancing, remove redundant processes, conduct feasibility, and implement automation to cut manning while increasing production output.
Job Requirements:
• Degree in Electronics manufacturing services (EMS) or related field.
• Must be Mandarin-speaking to deal with stakeholders.
• Fresh graduates are also welcome.
• Need to be well versed, experienced, or academically trained in electronic industries, especially in Surface mount production productivity improvement.
