Job Scope
• 1. Customer Management
• Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally.
• Provide product information and guidance to customers.
• Review and moderate all contents on all platforms, and continuously improve relevant processes and guidelines.
• 2. Stakeholder Management
• Work closely with various departments to support their initiatives. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve issues and improve processes.
• Provide regular updates and reports to the management team by collecting and analyzing data and customer information.
• Identify possible solutions or escalate the problem to the correct department/person to solve the problem, expediting correction or adjustment, and following up to ensure resolution.
• 3. Customer Data Management
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and enquiries.
• Analyze customer data and provide insights to improve customer service.
Job Requirements:
• Excellent command of English and Mandarin.
• Have a strong ability to learn quickly and self-motivated, strong resistance to pressure and strong sense of responsibility.
• Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
~Degree in related field is preferred but not mandatory.
• Experience using Zendesk.
• Familiar with cryptocurrency/ finance-technology industry.
• Experience working with teams across global offices and time zones.
