Job Scope
• Expert in Yokogawa / Emerson DCS system to carry out Engineering & design, modification, troubleshooting, maintenance, failure analysis independently without OEM support.
• Expert in field instrumentation like Nucleonic LT, PT, FT, LT, TI, SOV, MOV, Control Valve etc. and have excellent knowledge to select right instruments to replace obsolete instruments, troubleshoot, calibrate and maintain.
• Have excellent knowledge of Weighing system specially Schenk system.
• Have excellent knowledge of PLC, SCADA/HMI system like Siemens, Rockwell, and Omron etc.
• Focus on Major instrument/ DCS project to ensure timely and quality project completion in minimum cost.
• Reduce the external support or dependency from vendors or OEM.
• Cost reduction by servicing and reutilization of old instruments and electronic boards.
• Streamline the Electronic cards repairing process to minimize repaired cards failure and components cost.
• Have good knowledge to handle small DCS & instruments projects.
Job Requirements:
• Candidate must possess an engineering Degree in Instrumentation or Electronics.
• 5-15 years of experience in DCS/PLC/SCADA/Field Instrumentations projects, maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Work Experience in Petrochemical /Polyester continuous process plants will be preferred.
• Should have knowledge of SAP system like PR/PO/JMS/GRN/PM02 etc.
• Proficiency in written and verbal communication, including creating and delivering presentations.
• Advanced skills in critical software applications, such as Microsoft Office and Solid works.
• Should have experience of leading a team of 5-10 members and provide necessary training to improve skill & competency.
• Up-to-date knowledge and technical skills required to design and operate our core products and services.
