Job Scope
• Process/Underwrite or claims for all life insurance applications that are outsourced to the department
• Maintains a high level of accuracy (Quality) and seeks to improve individual quality scores from time to time.
• Maintains a high level of Productivity and seeks to improve individual productivity scores from time to time.
• Shows keenness to develop technical competency by improving claim or underwriting authority.
• Evaluate an individual's medical history or physical condition, occupational hazards, financial background, insurable interest, and other information to determine whether to accept, modify or decline a risk
~Explain and defend any underwriting or claims actions
~To provide service to agency members when necessary, including consultation through face-to-face, calls, emails, or chats.
Job Requirements:
• Education: Diploma / Bachelor's Degree, in Medical Science, Bioscience, Biology, Pharmacy, Physiotherapy or must be study in Medical science field..
• Customer oriented, self-motivated, and proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Able to adapt to the desk-bound working environment, & able to work overtime beyond normal office hours
'Benefits:16% EPF contribution by company, 18 days AL, Dental & Optical claim
Working Arrangement:Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 5:30pm
