Job Scope
• Brand Strategy Development: Develop brand marketing plans that contribute to sales revenue and margin objectives.
• Performance Monitoring: Reviews brands, sales, and marketing performance, providing recommendations and actions to meet brand goals.
• Market Analysis: Stay updated on market and consumer trends and conduct relevant analyses.
• Customer Engagement: Address trade and consumer inquiries promptly and effectively.
• Competitor Analysis: Monitor competitors' activities closely and recommend appropriate actions to stay competitive.
Job Requirements:
• At least 5 years of experience in FMCG
• Familiar with supermarkets, petrol stations, convenience stores and hyper stores
• Must have basic knowledge of excel, utilize pivot tables, v-lookup
• Languages: Mandarin, English, Bahasa
• Age: below 45
